Hello everyone. This isn't a game review and a short post.
Now usually I post game reviews daily. But a lot has come up in my life and has made me very very busy. So instead of posting daily, I will only have time to do 3-4 game reviews every Friday. I am also going to be charging $5 for every app review I do and 50c for every pc game. No I am not greedy and want the money to buy everything my heart desires. My website will be expiring soon and the domain name will be claimed by someone else in less then a month. I have been doing everything I can to scrape together a few dollars to support my beloved website with ads and gigs on fiverr. I will still be reviewing the games already requested with no charge. But future games will have to pay.
I am very sorry about this.

Aliens Clash. An indie game review.
Hi guys. Sorry about yesterday. I didn't have time to make a review as I was quite busy. Anyway, I will be reviewing a game by DarkBloodBane called Aliens Clash.
2 Alien races have clashed for years, the winner will be decided by the champion of each race Play as the champion of a race. Travel and shoot your way through different worlds and levels. Win your race and defeat the other champion! You have a choice to be two characters.
Brue: Walks on ground, able to jump, able to shoot in 8 direction and can reflect projectiles
OR
Rode: Flies and able to shoot rapidly in 8 direction
Each champion has its own journey so make sure to try both champions!
The game status is complete and playable, for window users only. This game is on gamejolt.
The game status is complete and playable, for window users only. This game is on gamejolt.
Let's begin.
Graphics:
The graphics aren't exactly a work of art, but the game was made for the crudegraphicsjam. I didn't mind them but if some work went into graphics, this would be a wonderful game.
Sounds:
The sounds fit the game perfectly and nothing needs to be changed here.
I liked them as they gave the game that arcade feel.
Music:
The music also fit the game and gave the arcade feel, so that's all fine.
Controls:
The default controls are fine, but you can change them in the settings to your
liking.
Gameplay:
This game reminds me of streets of rage on how you advance through each level
and the boss at the end of them. I felt the game is kinda slow and I would prefer if it
was faster as that's the kind of games I like. You can also choose to be two characters
with two different journeys. If you prefer to defend yourself and walk, play as Brue. If
you like flying and rapid shooting, play as rode. I personally prefer Brue as I love the
ability to give a dose of the enemies own medicine by reflecting their projectiles.
Difficulty:
This game is really hard and challenging. It is defenitaly not for the casual
gamer. If you are looking for a challenge, well here is a tough one
Settings:
Like his last game DarkBloodbane always includes a variety of settings to
optimize the game to your liking.
Tutorial/How to play:
The game comes with instructions on how to play as well, they don't
go past very fast and are easy to follow. Good work there DarkBloodBane.
What I liked:
I liked to reflect shots at enemies as Brue and flying as Rode. I also like
the names of the characters. Brue = blue, Rode = red.
What I didn't like:
So let's go over what I didn't like:
The slow gameplay.
The bad artwork. (Although I can forgive it as it is part of a jam.)
Rating: 4.8/5
This is a very good game that you must give a go.
Try it out!

Make it stop. An indie game review.
Hi guys. Today I will be reviewing North Suns Entertainment's very own Make It Stop, an indie game!
Click your way through each level as you discover the true meaning of insanity. This game is packed with 20 levels of puzzles that will keep you busy for hours as you test your skills in patience and spatial recognition.
The game status is complete and playable, for window users only.
Let's begin.
Graphics:
The graphics are plain and not in great detail. Some are also a bit blurry and that's not great when you try to jump near a spike and you suddenly die.
Sound:
There is no sound with the game, but that's not a problem though, the game would
actually work well without it.
Music:
There is also no music with the game which was very dissapointing for me as I would
loved to hear something while I was playing
Controls:
The controls are easy to use. You simply had to press the space bar to jump
over all the different obstacles in the way of the protagainst. The only problem I have
is the game doesn't tell you what key to use.
Gameplay:
The gameplay is quite hard as you advance through each level and mark my words
you will die more than twice. The game is very addicting, but I feel this should be a mobile
game and not a downloadable pc game.
Difficulty:
This game requires precise timing on when to jump and as a result of this,
it makes the game very challenging and addictive.
Settings:
The game has no settings and to be honest, it doesn't need any right now as there
is no music or sound to toggle with.
Tutorial/How to play:
There appears to be no tutorial with the game and this is quite a problem as
it took me a while to learn how to jump. I feel every game should a tutorial or instructions
to teach new players how to play the game.
What I liked:
I loved the fun, addicting platforming action and advancing to the next level. This reminded me of a game I made a while back called Diamond Grounds, that's still
on a forum somewhere.
Very bad art isn't it.
What I didn't like:
So let's go over what I didn't like.
1) Some blurry graphics.
2) No music.
3) No tutorial.
4) Not a mobile game.
Rating:
4.1/5
I really enjoyed this game and I would recommend it to anyone of any age (Unless you are under One year old when most likely, you would rather play with a toy train.)
Rainbow. An indie game review.
Hello fellow readers. Today I am reviewing an indie game called rainbow by DarkBloodbane.
Rainbow is a shooter/arcade game about shooting the right coloured laser to destroy the right coloured shape. Destroying the wrong coloured shape with the wrong coloured laser will have side effects depending on the shape.
The game status is complete and playable.
So let's get started.
Graphics:
The are simple, but nice and it fits quite well with the game. The only problem I had was the menu being too colourful and hurting my eyes a bit.
Sound:
I have no problem with the sounds and they are very nice. Nothing needs to be improved in this area.
Music:
The music is perfect and I quite like it. The music gives the game that arcade feeling. The problem with it is that the music is faster than the actual gameplay which is an issue for me down below in the gameplay review.
Gameplay:
Gameplay is fun at the start but get's a tiny bit repetitive for me as all you are doing is shooting different coloured shapes, the game does get more dangerous as you advance and even has boss battles. Power-ups could be added to make the gameplay more fun.
Now as I was saying in the music review, it doesn't match the gameplay speed, also I feel the game is too slow and should be more faster to correspond to the music.
Controls:
The controls are actually very hard to use and this is the biggest problem for me that spoils the game. You need to understand which key shoots which colour beam. I feel the colour name should correspond which the key with the first name of the colour to help people understand which key to use.
Difficulty:
Like I said above, the controls need to be changed but the overall gameplay is fine. Not to hard, not to easy.
Settings:
There is a wide choice of settings to optimize the game to your liking which I like very much. This is really well done.
Tutorial/How to play:
Now the Instructions are on a timer meaning that you have to read it in a certain amount of time which is not good for people who need to get the hang of the game, also the beam key text doesn't tell you which key it is. The instructions could either be on one page or a few pages which let's you go to the next page at a click of a button and not a timer.
What I liked:
To be honest, this game was not one of the greats for me. The concept is good but I feel if the suggestions I have below are in the game, I would really enjoy it.
What I didn't like:
So let's go over what I didn't like:
1) I din't like the colourful menu
2) The gameplay music speed didn't correspond to the actual gameplay.
3) Very hard controls to get the hang of.
4) Repetitive gameplay
5) Tutorial goes by way to fast.
Overall game rating:
4.1/5
The game has great potential. It just needs improvements in some areas, that's all.
Try it out!
That was my honest opinion on the game, but don't take my word for it, try it out yourself!
Oh I almost forgot. The way I rated the last two games was completely a random rating I thought would go well with the game. This rating is based on smaller ratings on the graphics, music, gameplay, ect. Sorry about the other two games, it won't happen again.

OutRace Racing -> 3d race game about drifting and love. An indie game review.
Hi guys, today I will be reviewing a racing game called OutRace Racing -> 3d race game about drifting and love by GeniusInteractive.
Outrace is a racing game with a crazy story line which I am not going to say here. In the game you can beat your score in time trials or do missions in the story
The game status is complete and playable.
Graphics:
The graphics are quite nice if you are into the 90s artwork. The background isn't to great though.
Sounds:
I loved the sounds of the drifting, driving and crashing. Amazing!
Music:
Has fast, action packed arcade music that really fits in with the game.
Gameplay:
I liked the driving but the drifting does weird things for me, like when I press the right mouse button and release, it sometimes freezes and the car won't stop drifting. What I would like to see in it is some custom races, where you choose the track and the competitors, online play would also be spectacular.
What I enjoyed:
The driving is swell and all, but my favourite part is crashing the car and it goes flying. The first time I saw that I almost cried laughing.
What I didn't enjoy:
Mostly the bad drifting and the background. The story doesn't quite fit in with the game but everything else is awesome!
Rating:
4.7/5
Like racing games? Then try this one out. The reason it is missing the 0.3 rating for me is because I didn't like the background image, the drifting needs improving and the story doesn't fit in for me.
Try it out!
That was my honest opinion on the game, but don't take my word for it, try it out yourself!
Sector Six 0.1.5 by Zuurix. An indie game review!
Hello everyone. It's time for me to start reviewing games! Today I will be reviewing Zuurix's game called Sector Six.
Sector Six is elegant and innovative shooter/RPG hybrid. Build your own spaceship from procedurally generated parts and battle machines to save your universe from destruction!
The game is still in development but it is playable!
Graphics:
The artwork is simple, but it works. I like the particles of the ships when they are destroyed.
Sound:
The sounds really match the game although I feel that they should be louder or the music volume a bit lower
Music:
Futuristic music that really gives the game that sci-fi feel. Brilliant!
Gameplay:
I really liked customizing my ship with all the parts and shooting down all the enemies. I also liked how there is a story to the game and challenging levels. (A bit too challenging.)
What I enjoyed:
Advanced gameplay and collecting upgrades for my ship.
What I didn't enjoy:
To be honest, there was nothing I disliked to much, the only things I'd add is an ability to counter attacks to make the gameplay more easier. I didn't like shooting with the mouse either as I would prefer the keyboard
Rating:
4.9/5
If you are looking for a fun, action packed, RPG shooter, then this is the game for you. The reason it is missing that 0.1 rating for me as it the difficulty is quite hard. But that is just my opinion.
Try it out!

Welcome to my blog!
Hello everyone, I'm TheIndieShark and thanks for checking my blog out! Here I post reviews on indie games. If you have an game that you want reviewed, please do not hesitate to email me at seanmedwards6.7@gmail.com
A little bit about me (Skip down if you don't care, I won't mind)
So as you probably guessed, me real name isn't TheIndieShark, it's Seán Edwards and I am a young game developer and have now taken up blogging as a hobby. I know what you're thinking, "Oh god, this is another 7 year old on the internet who won't spell anything properly and post lot's of noob crap." But if you stick around to my daily posts, I might be able to change your opinion on young people online. I won't reveal my real age, but I will just tell you, I have double digits in my age, (no I am not 10.)
So like I said, I am a game developer. My artwork isn't the best, but I am improving. Most of my games were online, but thanks to some problem on a hosting server, that's all gone now and I have haven't really bothered to upload them again. I do plan on making an action fighter game soon, I'm just trying to improve my art first as I plan on selling it.
I started out making games with a tool called Game Editor (You can find it here http://game-editor.com/Main_Page )
So that's enough about me
You know what? I really didn't plan on writing that much about myself. Anyways...
I hope you enjoy my blog when I start collecting some games to review about. (I'd say I'll get some in a few days.)
Have a nice day.
